Dr. Labiba Fahad received her PhD in Information Engineering from City, University of London, UK, and an MS in Computer Systems Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), Pakistan. She is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES), Islamabad, Pakistan. She is an HEC approved PhD supervisor. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as a Lecturer at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. Her research interests include ambient assisted living, pervasive computing, pattern recognition, and machine learning. She has published several articles in well-reputed international journals and prestigious conferences and is actively involved in national and international collaborative research projects.
