Muhammad Owais Idrees is currently a PhD scholar and has been affiliated with the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences since 2021 as a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science. His research interests encompass Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), Explainable AI (XAI), NLP, Computational Intelligence, Evoluationary Computing, and Data Engineering. He has actively contributed to undergraduate teaching and research, supervising numerous final-year projects. He was awarded a Bronze Medal by FAST–National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad, for his postgraduate studies, and a Silver Medal by the Islamia University of Bahawalpur for his undergraduate performance. He has also published research in reputable international conferences.
